The East is one of the most popular locations to buy property in Singapore.

The Government mega plans in These Districts include the opening of more polyclinics, a library, more retail and Gourmet options, parks and cycling routes. With Tampines already full of banks and shopping Mall, you don't have to leave the East for the rest of your life.
3. The Paya Lebar business hub Development
Paya Lebar, as we all know by 2030, we won't have noisy fighters roaming the skies anymore.
Paya Lebar will transform into a massive retail hub. With several office spaces in the area, home buyers might find themselves conveniently living near their workplace.
4. The Sky, Sand, Sea and the Greenery
Days when Katong Park overlooked the ocean no longer exist, and during those days, Katong Shopping Centre is the center of that area's attraction. Now The Bayshore area has the potential to house 12000 homes. From there you can look straight out at the ships in the waters.

The Katong area was once the Head quarters for Peranakan families, is a food paradise. Numerous laksa battles were fought here.
